A balanced and nutritious homemade raw food recipe for dogs, made with meat, organ meat, vegetables, and bones, tailored for a total daily intake of 500 grams. Perfect for providing your dog with a wholesome, natural diet.

Ingredients

  • 🥄 375g Meat (muscle meat like boneless chicken or any other lean meat) 🥩
  • 🥄 50g Organ meat (like liver, kidney or heart) 🫀
  • 🥄 75g Non-meat ingredients- 1 medium-sized sweet potato or pumpkin (peeled and steamed), 1 cup leafy greens (like spinach), 1 small carrot (chopped) 🥕🍠
  • 🥄 Optional: 1 tsp ground eggshell or flaxseed/hemp seed oil 🥄
  • 🥄 1-2 Raw bones 🦴 per 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of total food

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the meats: Chop the muscle meat and organ meat into small chunks or use a mincer/food processor.
  2. 2. Chop non-meats: Dice the sweet potato, leafy greens, and carrot into small pieces. If using sweet potato, steam it for 15 minutes before adding. 🥕
  3. 3. Add supplements: Mix any multivitamins, Pro Belly, or seeds/oils into the meat and vegetable mixture. If using eggshells, grind them finely before adding.
  4. 4. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the chopped meats, non-meat ingredients, and supplements thoroughly. 🥣
  5. 5. Bone addition: Provide 1-2 raw bones per 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of total food to support dental health and calcium intake. 🦴
  6. 6. Serve or freeze: Serve fresh immediately or freeze for 24 hours before serving. Always defrost before feeding. ❄️
