Ingredients
- ๐ฅ 350g-400g Lean Meat (like boneless chicken or any other lean meat)
- ๐ฅ 50g Organ Meat (like liver or kidneys or heart)
- ๐ฅ 75g Vegetables (like carrots, pumpkin or spinach)
- ๐ฅ 1 Raw Egg with Shell
- ๐ฅ 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- ๐ฅ 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds
- ๐ฅ 1 tsp Fish Oil or Flaxseed Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop or grind the lean meat and organ meat. For a finer texture, use a food processor. ๐
- 2. Mix in finely chopped or pureed vegetables. ๐ฅ
- 3. Add the raw egg, including the finely ground shell for calcium. ๐ฅ
- 4. Sprinkle the ground flaxseed (don't use if adding flaxseed oil) or chia seeds over the mixture. ๐ฑ
- 5. Drizzle the coconut oil or fish oil over the mixture. ๐งด
