A simple and nutritious homemade sardine treat for dogs, enriched with fresh sardines, tomato paste, broccoli, and coconut oil. Ideal for dogs with mast cell cancer or as a healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 🥄 85g Fresh Sardines (use fresh sardines if your dog has mast cell cancer) 🐟
- 🥄 1 tsp Tomato Paste 🍅
- 🥄 3 tbsp Broccoli Florets, finely chopped 🥦
- 🥄 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 🥥
Instructions
- 1. Melt the Coconut Oil: In a small pan, gently melt the coconut oil until fully liquefied. 🥄
- 2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mash the sardines, tomato paste, chopped broccoli, and melted coconut oil together until fully combined. 🌪
- 3. Mold the Mixture: Pat the mixture into small silicone molds or shape it by hand into bite-sized treats. 🖐🍪
- 4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until set. ❄️
- 5. Serve: Once frozen, pop the treats out of the mold and serve them as a nutritious, homemade snack for your dog! 🐶
